Founded in 2025 by Sommelier Andrew Murach, our company was born from a simple idea: that wine is best enjoyed when it’s shared.
After more than 15 years in hospitality, Andrew discovered that his greatest joy comes from connecting with people, telling stories, and helping others uncover their own passion for wine.
His fine dining journey began in Chicago with the legendary Jean-Georges Vongerichten, where he developed a passion for pairing cuisine and wine at the highest level. That passion eventually led him to Carlsbad, CA, where he earned a Michelin Star as a Sommelier at Lilo, curating unforgettable wine experiences for discerning guests.
This Michelin-starred restaurant in Carlsbad, California earned national acclaim by securing its first Michelin Star in just ten weeks-one of the fastest star awards in U.S. history. Its rapid rise continued with recognition as one of The New York Times Top 50 Restaurants in America and a spot on OpenTable’s prestigious Top 100 Restaurants list, solidifying its reputation as one of the country’s standout dining destinations.
Andrew’s love for wine has taken him across Europe’s storied regions-from the coastal vineyards of Southern Italy to the famed producers of Southern France- as well as through the iconic terroirs of California.
His tastings are an invitation into the stories, places, and people behind each bottle, turning every sip into a journey.
What began as a way to share experiences with friends has grown into a unique tasting journey where every glass opens the door to memorable conversations and deeper appreciation for wine.
